Installation/Enabling Methods

Woo Import Export设置&使用教程

详细使用方法和教程请移步official document(math.) genus这里只简单说下导入产品注意事项。批量导入/上传产品虽然能帮我们节省大量时间，可是有些东西还是需要手动操作，不要指望太高。

这个插件有点使用门槛，以及要注意的细节。仔细看插件设置界面的文字内容，以及教程，细心点就能搞懂怎么用。我也是看教程，尝试了几次，花了40分钟才琢磨透怎么用。实在不懂下方留言，购买后可联系微信客服协助。

导出产品其实就是导出一张Excle表，里面一行代表一个产品，每行有产品标题，详情描述，图片网址，简短描述，属性等信息。导入产品就是上传这个产品Excle表到后台，点几下设置好批量导入。

以这个产品Excle表为基础，修改内容，重新上传导入，可以实现批量修改产品内容。以这个产品Excle表为基础，新增产品信息，上传导入后可以实现批量创建新产品。

 

要批量上传产品，建议先选2-3个代表性产品导出（具体看官方教程），导出后下载那个产品Excle表。在每行填写相应产品信息，上传表格导入产品就行。注意：图片需要先上传到网站媒体库，然后复制媒体库相应图片网址粘贴到表格相应位置。

注意：表格标题的文字不能改动！可以手动删除多余内容的表格列，也可以手动新建需要的内容表格列，导入过程可以手动选择表格每一列对应后台产品哪个位置内容。

 

Woo Import Export使用问题：

1- 如果导出导入过程弹出窗口不是显示在正中间，显示不全，那肯定是你自己给后台添加了一些CSS或者一些插件影响了。临时禁用其它插件和自定义CSS代码。

 

2- 如果你的产品详情页使用Elementor等页面构建器制作，自定义调取一些后台字段(尤其是ACF字段)，内容成功导入到后台相应位置，可是前台不显示。那是因为你的ACF等字段的格式或者设置不对，导致详情页模板调取失败。

例如详情页有个下载按钮调取ACF文件字段内容(PDF)，你在上传表格填写相应PDF文件的网址，也能成功上传，可是前台链接失败，源代码显示没有<a>超链接。需要在ACF文件字段类型的返回值，选第二个“文件URL”才能成功链接。

如果图片上传失败，先看下图片网址能否通过浏览器正常访问。所有图片必须先上传到媒体库里面，再从媒体库复制图片网址，填入到Excle表相应位置。

3- 理论上一次导入多少个产品都行，建议一次导入不要超过1000个，比较稳定顺畅。下图是我们一次性导入724个内容比较简单的产品，用时17分19秒。每批次默认导入20个，导入后会等一会继续自动导入。

 

4- 如果有些数据导入失败，修改上传的Excle文档，把导入失败的数据修复好，重新上传就行。只要产品标题不变，第2步上传“Handle New and Existing Items”那里选择第一个就行，只要表格里的产品标题不变，重新上传会自动更新已传的相同标题产品的差异数据内容。

在第5步默认会以标题判断是否同一个产品，如果不存在系统标题产品则创建相应标题产品。如果存在相同标题产品，则更新该产品数据（Excle文档中的差异内容）。也可以选择用其它内容判断是否同一个产品，其实最好的是用Post ID(导出产品表格时勾选导出ID)判断，具有唯一性，不会冲突。

 

5- 在第5步，下面图片设置里可以更改每次导入的数量，默认20是个比较稳定的数量，可是速度一般。要提高导入速度可以设置为30,40,50等，具体看你服务器质量，数字越高导入稳定性越差，可能出现卡死等情况，自己试验。
